In case you need to return a product bought from our website in exchange of another product, read below for the procedure, terms and conditions.
Returns & Refund

- We have a NO RETURNS and NO REFUND policy.
- Once purchased, the goods cannot be refunded but exchange of items is possible for valid reasoning.
Exchange

- To exchange an item, you will have 5 Business Days to return it for an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must be in its original packing and sent with the proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of decision towards your exchange.
- Exchange is dependent on the availability of stock.
- If your return is approved, we will exchange the goods and notify you of the updates.
Shipping

- You will be paying the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
